About getmycarr

getmycarr is a marketplace for used vehicles in West Bengal. We bring buyers and sellers together in one place, so that finding a car near you does not mean working through a dozen classified sites and calling numbers that no longer answer.

What we do

Dealers and private sellers list the vehicles they have for sale. Buyers search by make, model, budget, body type, fuel and city, see what is actually in stock nearby, and get in touch with the seller directly. There is no commission on the sale and we do not stand between you and the seller once you have made contact.

Why West Bengal first

Most vehicle marketplaces in India are built for the big metros, and a buyer in Siliguri or Durgapur ends up scrolling past cars a thousand kilometres away. We started with West Bengal so that the listings you see are ones you could reasonably go and look at this week. Kolkata, Howrah, Siliguri, Durgapur, Asansol and the districts around them are covered from the start.

For buyers

• Book a test drive online, at a time the dealer has actually said they are free.

For dealers and sellers

• A free listing account. Sign up with a mobile number; it takes about a minute.
• Your own page showing everything you have in stock, which you can send to a customer as a single link.
• Enquiries come to you with the buyer's name and number, so you can call back.
• Manage listings, enquiries, test drive bookings and reviews from one dashboard.

What is coming

Two-wheelers are next, followed by car and bike parts. We would rather add these properly than half-build them, so they will appear when they work as well as the car listings do.
